Great Experience! I’d been looking for a crossover for several months to replace my beloved Izzy after she was totaled in a wreck. I was very particular and in no rush I’d been looking for a crossover for several months to replace my beloved Izzy after she was totaled in a wreck. I was very particular and in no rush to find a replacement for her since I had a second vehicle that I had already intended on selling that I drove while I waited for the perfect vehicle to come along. I visited so many dealerships, some several times over the course of 2.5 months. Jack Pierce and I tried very hard to make a deal on a different vehicle, but we just couldn’t make the numbers work. Over a week later, he called me about a trade-in that had just come in the day before. No one else had seen it and he immediately thought of me and gave me a call first thing to see if I was interested. I told him I was and he immediately set to work getting it ready for my test drive that evening - ran it through the shop, detail, new windshield, the works. I really liked it during my test drive, but I wasn’t sold yet. I wanted to talk to my husband about it, but he wasn’t able to come to the dealership due to illness. Jack and Tim Praeuner made arrangements for me to take it home overnight. After all, no one could buy it if I had it! The more I drove it, the better I liked her. Then, disaster struck and she died on the way back to the dealership. She restarted and we made it back without any further issues. It turned out it was just a fuel line sensor, and they fixed her right up that afternoon. Financing was a breeze with Paul Willis, they were able to beat my already low pre-approval interest rate with my bank by 1.3%. Rhonda Rose in reception was always friendly and helpful when I came in, it was great to see her smiling face. My only complaint is the lack of attention to detail on the detail. I know Jack took it back to them more than once, and I know I’m particular, but despite repeated trips to detailing, it’s still dirty. There’s what looks like a mud smear on the dash and there are crumbs in the edges of the console. Overall, I had a great experience at Tri-State Ford. I will definitely recommend Jack Pierce to friends, and have already, in fact. Would buy again, 9/10. More
