He easily found out my needs and helped direct the search to find a car meeting my needs and within my price range, actually finding another car on a lot across town to bring for a test -- and we were extremely satisfied and bought it right away. All of the staff, including Tim Boggs in Finance and Holly Collier, Receptionist, were friendly and helpful with any request. The Manager, Tim Praeuner, made sure to introduce himself and shake our hands. I will highly recommend Tri-State Ford to friends and family. More

Super Salesman, Super Service, Super Satisfied!! I can't stop smiling. I was looking for a reliable truck at a good price and I needed it right away. I am taking my family to a Denver Broncos game I can't stop smiling. I was looking for a reliable truck at a good price and I needed it right away. I am taking my family to a Denver Broncos game and was not comfortable leaving my 70yr old mother behind with only an okay vehicle. I filled out a questionnaire online and then Jack Pierce from Tri-State Ford called me. I explained my dilemma. He understood my urgency and the importance of my mother's safety and my peace of mind. He got some information from me, my preferences and price range and said he would find something for me. He even took the time to call my mother and get her opinion and thoughts. Jack texted me and Tim called me within an hour, with the perfect truck, for me. We exchanged pics of the truck, some text messages and quite a few phone calls between the three of us. (Thank you Holly Collier for being such a polite and friendly voice everytime I called.) By the end of the day we were in Tim's (the other Tim) office signing paperwork and I drove my pickup home with a huge smile on my face the very same day. They listened to what I wanted in a truck and price and found the perfect one for me. It was easy and everyone was so nice and friendly. Thank you. GO BRONCOS!! More
