So pleased! I recently moved to New Jersey from Florida. I purchased my Altima from a dealership down there and had all of my routine services done there. Upon my first visit to Nissan World I was concerned that without my previous service records they would try to push extra services on me that I wouldn't need. After speaking with the manager, Tim, I felt confident that this would not be the case. After everything was said and done I left there very pleased and not light in the pocket. More

The service department is the best I have seen Tim Kelly is excellent. He explains the problem and will work with you on the price. Because of their level of service, I go to Denville Nissan for even the small jobs such as oil changes. More

Every Service is Excellent Service I have been dealing with Tim every service for a year now, I have never had any issue or anything every to complain about.. they hold up the free mai I have been dealing with Tim every service for a year now, I have never had any issue or anything every to complain about.. they hold up the free maint for 3 yrs no question... they pick up and delivery my car for service from work, and every time its washed I will always buy a Nissan and would buy it from World of Denville just for the fantastic Service More

I went there for a headlight change....didnt have an appointment...really needed this done ASAP.. Even though I never had service here, Tim Kelly and his tech Shawn went way out of their way to accommo appointment...really needed this done ASAP.. Even though I never had service here, Tim Kelly and his tech Shawn went way out of their way to accommodate me and make sure everything was done right...They explained to me what the problem was and why the problem happened... I could not have been happier with this team that Tim has...I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their Nissan.. In todays world, you find very few people who go out of their way to make the customer happy and Tim and Shawn sure did that for me.. More

Tim is a outstanding service manager. I recently leased a new Nissan Altima and after a month is found there to be a rattle in the back tire, I also wanted to have the pinstripe on the car removed. Tim an a new Nissan Altima and after a month is found there to be a rattle in the back tire, I also wanted to have the pinstripe on the car removed. Tim and his team fixed the problem in the rear brake and had the pinstripe removed for me. While servicing my vehicle his team discover a bubble in my front tire, as well as a small dent in the rim. They replace both the tire and rim without question, which meant a lot to me, as they really didn't have to say anything at all about it. They did the job quickly and fixed everything that I had an issue with. In addition, Tim really made it easy for me to drop off and pick the car up when it was done. I live far from the dealership and work even farther away. Tim had one of his mechanics meet me at a place that was close to where I live, which really meant a lot to me. My time is precious, especially after work, they really went out of their way to make my experience as painless as possible. Tim also made sure the loaner car I was given was in the same class of vehicle as my own car. It's a V6 and Tim made sure the car I was given was also a V6. What a great dealership, from Sales to Service! Everyone knows that there is a negative aura surrounding the car business. Nissan World of Denville is the exception to the rule and Tim Kelly is one of the many reasons why. More
