Excellant Service/ Bought the car My 2013 Nissan altima Coupe is a gret car, but the control panel seems to have a short that would not let the defroster work correctly, changing the My 2013 Nissan altima Coupe is a gret car, but the control panel seems to have a short that would not let the defroster work correctly, changing the panel opened a Pandora's box of nightmares, which if it was not at this Nissan dealership I would have been concerned.Tim Kelly, as usual, did a wonderful job of making sure I was not inconvienced. I was given a loaner and my car was picked up at my job. Elwood Brittle was wonderful picking up the car , relaying the problem and acting as a go between for me. . Tim was able to communicate the problem to the technician, Sean Bilby, who was able to figure out what and how to repair the problem(s) . This repairwas a domino efffect as one thing caused another to be repaired. Denville Nissan was able to find fix and deliver. . The manager of this dealership should be very happy with his staff. I also had to decide on this car since my lease was ending, and Altima coupes are no longer made, I feel secure enough with the service I received to buy the car. I was introduced to Chuck in sales he was wonderful, had my papers ready and answered any questions, went out of his way to work out all the details, then introduced me to Christine in Finance who was able to spin her magic and get a a greatFinancing quote . True Teamwork. I highly reccomend this dealership. Tim , again , you are Wonderful. as is the staff. More

True professionals I purchased and have been bring my Nissans to Nissan World Of Denville for a number of years. Most recently, Erika Vasquez, a young woman who I worked I purchased and have been bring my Nissans to Nissan World Of Denville for a number of years. Most recently, Erika Vasquez, a young woman who I worked with previously at another dealership became a service adviser at Nissan World Of Denville. Excellent Service I bought my Nissan Rogue at this dealership in 2010. I take my car here annually for routine service and for repair as needed. Each time I come I am I bought my Nissan Rogue at this dealership in 2010. I take my car here annually for routine service and for repair as needed. Each time I come I am treated kindly and respectfully. I am always given the choice to stay and wait or leave to come back later. There is even someone who will take you home if you don't have a ride. The waiting room is lovely with a TV, snacks, and comfortable seating. Recently I complained about something although it was very minor, and they immediately solved the problem with nothing but apologies. Service Advisor Erika Vasquez was excellent. Also Tim Kelly made sure everything was perfect. I will continue to service my car at Nissan World Denville. Why would I go any where else? More

They did everything to make me a happy customer. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and a short list of warranty items. I was told the service would take a few days and was offered I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and a short list of warranty items. I was told the service would take a few days and was offered a loaner car since they had to keep my vehicle overnight. The service took longer than expected and additional days were added on, but Tim and my service adviser Erica reassured me the additional time was necessary to ensure all warranty repair was done properly. I appreciated Tim and Erica's attention to detail. They always kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service team at this dealership. When unexpected issues arose during my service Tim and Erica were there to answer my questions and ensure me they were working hard to return the vehicle to me quickly and in safe working order. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. Its always a pleasure to speak with them over the phone. They took the time to review each item on my list with me before checkout. They offered to do a road test with the technician to ensure all items were fixed as expected. Upon return the car was detailed and looks better then when I bought it. More

Deer Accident I had the unfortunate luck of encountering 2 deer on my way to work, Siince my car was a lease I wanted it repaired correctly. I called Tim kelly at I had the unfortunate luck of encountering 2 deer on my way to work, Siince my car was a lease I wanted it repaired correctly. I called Tim kelly at Nissan World of Denville, for help. He went above and beyond.. They picked up my carm gave me a loaner .They dealt with my insurance company and PJ Autobody ( who by the way did excellent work on my car considering one deer went up the hood up the winshield and on to the roof while the second messed up the front right quarterpanel and light ) Tim Kelly and Edy Rodriguez made sure everything was raken care of. They kept me updated and let me know how the work was proceeding. I I have had Tim help me for basic repairs, and figured he waould give me a name and a phone nuber since this was an autoboby repair not mechanical , but he went above and beyond. I have a beautifully repaired Nissan Ultima and they have a very happy customer. Deb Assante More
