Amazing I came in for an oil change for a company truck and saw a beautiful truck in the corner, so I know I had to have it!!!! I’m having a recurring problem that is GMCs fault and Palmen I’m having a door molding issue that’s unusually ongoing and Palmen has been very accommodating. It’s a design flaw that’s been followed around by a circle of black cats, basically everything that could go wrong has. To compound this I’m an excessively fussy man when it comes to my vehicles and that hasn’t made things easier. Dan First and his team have been very good natured and done what they have to make this situation right. I’ll be back for my next vehicle as this really is a great dealership. More

Salesmen like Tom Helgesen, Jeff Moes, and Al Furia We have always had good results from Palmen and when the dealership was known as Schaefer Motors. Salesmen like Tom Helgesen, Jeff Moes, and Al Furia were all great in listening to our needs and always watching for the vehicles we wanted. They worked with us to give us a great deal. Hope to find someone new on the staff that has the same work ethics as these men did. Tim Hoffman and the service department have always been great to his when finding problems and solutions to the problems. For regular maintenance, they are the best. More
