Beautiful clean service and waiting area. Very comfortable and didn’t mind the wait. Can’t say enough about Tim. He’s welcoming, and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice and recommendations. Very pleased with the tires and the overall service experience. What was really great to see is how all of those service managers work together as a team. Took my 2018 Buick Encore suspected it could be the turbocharger and it was a factory recall. Fixed the same day and best of all, no charge. I am 77 and disabled. My grandson and D&D All Autos brought turbocharger and it was a factory recall. Fixed the same day and best of all, no charge. I am 77 and disabled. My grandson and D&D All Autos brought it in and received a call around 3 p.m. and it was ready for pickup! Thank you!! More

For many years Tim has been my go to guy at Palmen. When I was doing errands Friday, I noticed I had low tire pressure on one tire. I called Tim and he told me to bring the car right in.
