I can’t thank Naperville Cadillac, Thomas Mack and Vic Milnovic enough for going above and beyond to make things easier for me and husband who is ill. I had a wonderful experience at Cadillac Of Naperville. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Although, my vehicle needed service during the crisis of this Pandemic COVID-19 and they didn’t h The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Although, my vehicle needed service during the crisis of this Pandemic COVID-19 and they didn’t have a lot of staff working, they made me a Priority. Thomas Mack from the Service Department is AMAZING. He’s very professional and his customer service skills are exceptional. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to helping customers.
