Spent $4,100 and car had a very clunky sound when taking off from a dead stop. Left gas gage below empty with low fuel light on and very dirty floor mat area. Very disappointed with your service. Sparing the details, I had a service issue with my 2010 Cadillac Hybrid Escalade. Being that Cadillac stopped making the Hybrid Escalade in 2013, there are not many parts available and service knowledge is Cadillac Hybrid Escalade.
