I stopped in to get my oil changed at Lithia. I no sooner stepped into the office to talk to the service engineer and they were pulling my pickup in to start work on it. The oil change took roughly 4 sooner stepped into the office to talk to the service engineer and they were pulling my pickup in to start work on it. The oil change took roughly 45 minutes like they had told me but they had found another issue with the pickup. The steering dampner had a leak in it. They were hoping to have the pickup up for a few days but since I was from out of town they pushed the pickup infront of others vehicles and got me up and running in a matter of hours. Very good service department. More

My salesman, Gilbert, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the inventory and product! A small issue arose a couple of days later. They told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it. I have a brand new car that has been in the shop more than I have had it. No one is able to find the problem for over a month now. I have asked for a courtesy vehicle multiple times and I am told that th than I have had it. No one is able to find the problem for over a month now. Had to bring in our Escape for a recall issue. Teddy had us drop off the car Friday night to ensure that the car would be done by end of business Saturday. I had an appointment on the 29th of Dec, Teddy called me to tell me and told me they were busy and had not looked at it.I called on the following day and said the Fed was looking at it. Good it had a lil leak and maybe some other problem. Closed Jan 1. Called on Monday Jan 4 were working on it and didn't know how long, but would leave request for a loner Vehicle.Jan 7 got a call saying it was done. 10 days in the shop. Very poor service! I was warned from other customs not to go to Lithianfor that same reason. Need to look at your custom service section More
