Service dept usually does good job, but had recall issues on new Corsair and they completed one and had to order parts for other. Never heard back so I contacted them several times and service writer said p on new Corsair and they completed one and had to order parts for other. Never heard back so I contacted them several times and service writer said parts dropped ball, no record of parts. I was told I needed to bring car back in and start process over. I just asked writer to follow up and get it fixed. Never heard back. Called service manager and explained situation and they looked into issue. Finally got call back and person said he had found parts for another car and they were no longer needed, so he would use those parts for my car. Finally after two days in shop repair was completed and I was on my way. Still love Corsair and am satisfied with service dept, just one of those annoyances that occur. More

Took my 08 fusion in for the abs recall. In the recall it stated if the HCU didn't pass inspection the unit would be replaced. When I went to pick up my fusion I was still having the same problem. Soft pedal stated if the HCU didn't pass inspection the unit would be replaced. When I went to pick up my fusion I was still having the same problem. Soft pedal, ABS indicator still on. When presented with the code it was for a faulty HCU unit but was told the recall didn't cover that. More

Great Job!!! We were in a tight spot getting our granddaughter's Escape in for a recall notice. We live about 2.5 to 3 hours from Lithia, our dealer of choice, and that complicated matters. Got my two recalls done. The master brake and the door latch recalls. But the tailgate harness was out of stock. But I scheduled my appt way in advance so it should have been in stock. Why wasn’t one se latch recalls. But the tailgate harness was out of stock. But I scheduled my appt way in advance so it should have been in stock. Why wasn’t one set aside when I set up my appointment??? I was told 4 others came in and got their tailgate harness fixed and mine was not done. So now I have to come back AGAIN and set up a two hour appt to get this done. I told them when I called to set up the three recalls that I wanted it all done in ONE visit and when I came to pick up my tuck I was told that I have to reschedule the tailgate. Totally annoyed. I feel I was not listened to and my time is not respected when I have to come back again and deal with this again. More
