If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. The service manager Ted Juricks unprofessionalism is at an all time high. He intentionally kept my car for over 5 weeks for a problem that when taken to another manager Ted Juricks unprofessionalism is at an all time high. He intentionally kept my car for over 5 weeks for a problem that when taken to another Acura dealership was diagnosed and fixed on 2 hrs! I was put in a loaner vehicle but he personally came and got the loaner vehicle(whilst I was on break from work btw) without any notification and left me stranded! When I called the dealership I spoke to a JC and a Anthony who stated they knew nothing about him doing that and that is was unheard of to do. Once Ted decided he wanted to call back he was rude and stated at first that he's not making another trip to bring me my UNFIXED vehicle and said they own the car and he can do that. Then called back and said that I owed money for an oil change but the day before I talked to Matt and asked if I needed a oil change and he said no I didn't! So now Ted claims I can't get my vehicle without payment. I have to call my mom which stays an hour away to come get me to take me another 45 mins away to get my car. When I get there I had to call the police because they refused to release my car per Ted's orders! I asked for Ted's boss, Ted stated he was the boss. Then they said they elected to do an oil change because my car had been sitting for so long! So why am I responsible? My car wasn't even fixed Then they said they'd only accept cash because they fear not getting paid per Ted's statement it's total crap! My car is under warranty and even though that didn't cover a oil change there was absolutely no reason I should have had to pay for it considering I had just got one. He lied and had the Anthony guy after stating he'd nothing but a salesman that has no jurisdiction help him lie to an officer. Itook it to another dealership that showed me my car and underneath parts were messed up and my shield was missing which they had never showed or told me and was paid by insurance to fix so now I had to report that to my insurance and Ted just made everything a mess. This seems very personal. I will never visit this dealership again. More
