This was the second time that I purchased an Acura from the Orland Park store, and both experiences were great! Denise was a very friendly saleswoman, and took the time to show me different colors and opt the Orland Park store, and both experiences were great! Denise was a very friendly saleswoman, and took the time to show me different colors and options available to me. She made every effort to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for! John, who processed my payment, was also very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Both Denise and John made themselves very available in the weeks leading up to the delivery of my car via email and phone when I had questions. Once my car arrived, Ted and his service team did an excellent job installing the accessories that I had requested! All parties involved had made me feel like a VIP, and I felt were truly happy to see me happy! As always, I will continue to highly recommend Acura to everyone! Not only is it a quality car, but there are quality people working for them! More

I had a concern that I addressed with Ted the service manager and he responded promptly and honestly, and found a way to help me. It is important to me to feel like I am not getting "ripped off" or bein manager and he responded promptly and honestly, and found a way to help me.
