VERY disappointed when I came in for my first service today. I pulled up, waited about 5 mins until a service advisor came out to greet me. No one came outside, so I walked in and asked for help. The guy today. I pulled up, waited about 5 mins until a service advisor came out to greet me. No one came outside, so I walked in and asked for help. The guy said he would be with me in a minute. He asked where my keys were I said in the car. He said ok go have a seat in the waiting area. The waiting room was packed and there was no where to sit. Most of the dealerships I've been to, (Mazda, Mitsubishi, Mercedes-Benz etc) always come out to your car and greet you. They have a pen and paper, and they walk around the vehicle and take the mileage and notes. No one did that!! Before I left the dealership I asked if anything needed to be done or recommended they said no. When I left for service I noticed my windshield washer fluid light still on!! They filled it, but not enough for the light to turn off!!! To top that off when I looked under the hood of my vehicle, my coolant was under the minimum line! Why wouldn't they top that off as well as my windshield wiper fluid?!! God forbid I were to take a road trip thinking my car is safe, it's not!! I used a whole gallon of windshield washer fluid. They hardly filled it up!! I called and called and called the service department. No one answers it just rings and rings. I went to Advance Auto Parts on the way home. They used their system to check what kind of coolant I need, and I need green not pink!! Why is their pink in there?? My vin number says green. So confused?!!!?? I just bought the xxxx car. Becareful this place left a bad taste in my mouth More

I owe a lot to Ashlee. A young lady who understands the customer and your business. After several discussions with her about what I was looking for she took the ball and ra A young lady who understands the customer and your business. After several discussions with her about what I was looking for she took the ball and ran it over goal. She connected all the dots that sent me to the dealer I purchased from. I’d say she was most influential in my purchase because she had such a broad understanding of my issues. She deserves a huge pay on the back please tell her that I said thank you for making it so right and so easy. Great Job!! The salesman at the dealership was also awesome. He quickly understood my desires and delivered a great solution. All without an issue and never thinking of his own needs. He truely put the customer first snd like Ashlee delivered the Goods In style once these two were finished all That was needed was my signature on a few pieces of paper and soon I was being given instructions on the operational o trolls available to the driver. Once again it was fine perfectly. I can honestly say that Capital will be my choice for a go to dealership. When I drove out today I had met the best sales team who delivered on every promise. More
