My car is a 2019 elantra SEL it came with only 1 key, no key fob and no manuals. I expected a bit more considering. The fact that no key fob was provided and only 1 key was given, I'm shocked they want to c key fob and no manuals. I expected a bit more considering. The fact that no key fob was provided and only 1 key was given, I'm shocked they want to charge me $400+ for a new key fob. I can buy the fob for 30 bucks and pay a locksmith 150 to do it for me. It should of been provided by the dealership in my opinion. The fact that I have to also purchase a manual for my car is baffling. However I'll do what's necessary to have the comfort of my car More

Unpleasant buying experience. Facility is beautiful, but sales force seems intimidated by managers, one of whom publically berated a salesperson while we were there - including u Facility is beautiful, but sales force seems intimidated by managers, one of whom publically berated a salesperson while we were there - including use of severe profanity. Pricing on new vehicle was not clear, and differed significantly from website. Salespersons we dealt with were courteous, but managers were not. When contracts were ready to sign, finance mgr just yelled across the lobby for us to come over and sign. We won't be returning. At 62, I've bought a lot of cars, and this was by far my worst experience. More
