My sister and I - both senior citizens - were traveling thru Ohio Friday 1-13-2012-when my windshield wiper pump froze - the wind chill was 4 below - I had no visibility - it was snowing - we stopped at By thru Ohio Friday 1-13-2012-when my windshield wiper pump froze - the wind chill was 4 below - I had no visibility - it was snowing - we stopped at Byers and they were WONDERFUL - they took my car in immediately - invited us to have coffee and muffins and before we finished they came back and said the car was ready NO CHARGE - I tried to pay them and they refused - stating they were happy to help us. I have never met any nicer people in my life!!!!! More

We just bought a used gx 470 from steve and he was great! This is the 4th car we bought from him and will not be the last. I am always relaxed when we go in to look at cars and never feel rushed.
