When the Highlander was delivered the monthly payment was $579.99 and there were no floor mats. Through the negotiations I gave up $103 and got NO floor mats. I think that is cheap of Toyota and I should receive free floor mats. I'll talk to Tanner and/or Jerry Patterson about this. More

Finance manager Brandon Nabors unfair business practices. I wanted to decline on wrap warranty and warranty for wheels and dings and others. But after I voiced it. As they say about dealership, they called stealership. This man keep that myth alive and well... I wish I could've taken the time and saved alot of money through my own bank... 3 times I've had bad experiences. All those warranty he guarantees me never came through when I tried to use them.
