Hello, my name is Jackson Barlow and I am a Finance Manager here at Freeman Toyota. I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching all different types of sports and hanging out with friends and family! Salesman JB Greer was okay. Finance is aggressive in trying up sale you to use their financing options even when outwardly stating there is no interest in leaving external ba Finance is aggressive in trying up sale you to use their financing options even when outwardly stating there is no interest in leaving external bank. Options are over priced. Paid for ikon and finance never fave the appropriate paperwork to register. Have to take the vehicle back to get ikon registered. Remote key works, however the emergency physical key was never cut. Overall, satisfaction with freeman is poor. I would be okay if I never bought a vehicle through them again. Regardless of the 4 previous purchases through them. More

Everything and Everyone at Freeman Toyota is Excellent. John Shelton really shined and took care of us as we went through the buying process. John addressed all of our questions and gave us an unbelievable offer on a new 2024 Camry SE. It was an awesome buying experience. Also Jackson was super helpful as well during the financing process. He laid out all options and we only declined due to a fixed income and don't drive very often or very far. All in all, Freeman Toyota has a team of winners and it was a pleasure doing business there.
