My experience was low stress, at all phases of the purchase. Price and trade-in value I got, with zero haggling, was very good. I was uncertain as to which model and trim I wanted, and Rick was extremely patient, and never pushed to close the sale. Even prior to me visiting the dealership, Rick promptly provided many details, like prices and inventory, over email, numerous times. During the delivery process, Tanner Garrison provided all the critical details on the features and operation of my new RDX. Every employee at Courtesy Acura I interacted with was super helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I am super excited to have a new Acura (2020 Acura RDX A-Spec). Amazing Customer Service! I just purchased a CPO 2019 MDX from Courtesy Acura, and there were a couple of items that needed to be taken care of. The service center mentioned th I just purchased a CPO 2019 MDX from Courtesy Acura, and there were a couple of items that needed to be taken care of. The service center mentioned they could take care of those items for me, ordered the parts, and scheduled a time that worked best for me to drop off the car. They had a another 2019 MDX waiting for me as a loaner, and the entire process was so smooth and painless. Alec was the service manager assigned to me, and he was nothing short of outstanding. He and the service director, Connor, went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable with the work that was going to be done with my car, and when the time came to hand me back the keys, they sure delivered! Everything was done, as promised, in the time they mentioned it would take. I am so glad these are the folks that are going to be taking care of me and my car for the next several years, because I know they will come through.
