We have been guests of Lexus of London for almost 20 years. We just purchased our fourth Lexus. We have had nothing but exceptional care and service from the entire team. The vehicles, themselves, have always exceeded our expectations in terms of quality -- we've needed very little more than the regular scheduled maintenance. We have found that L-of-L has gone out of their way to be accommodating when we had special needs whether it was scheduling a service appointment, or delivering one of our vehicles to our home. With our latest purchase, they worked diligently to find us the vehicle we wanted within a very short time delay. We feel valued and respected as customers. More
