I was greeted by Rajip who showed me the car I was looking for and we took it for a test drive. Rajip was very helpful and thoroughly explained the car features. It was a great experience dealing with looking for and we took it for a test drive. Rajip was very helpful and thoroughly explained the car features. I gave 2 stars only because of the service advisor Misty otherwise after my last purchase on 7/28 I cannot recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from here and this last one has been not otherwise after my last purchase on 7/28 I cannot recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from here and this last one has been nothing but a headache. I purchased a 23 Kona unknowingly that the roof has extensive hail damage, I went the following day after I purchased it and George asked if he fixed it would I be happy and I said fine, I have made many calls and have been in person as well in attempts to set it up. The last time George got upset said it was services job to set this up when it was actually the salesman’s responsibility, Misty did get it set up for the following Monday, on Wednesday my car was partially ready the big dents was not taken out and when Misty called me she stated George told her he was only going to detail the car that he was not going to repair the damage, I looked at my cars status and it was left in the front by George all night unlocked, when I came in Thursday the keys were located inside the car. George was off that day so even the detail wasn’t done, I spoke to another manager Matthew stated since it was almost 5 he would see what he could do the next day and contact me, I have not heard from anyone which I never do unless I contact them, unless it’s before you sign. More

First of all, I wanted to give a shout out to THE whole Edmond Hyundai family from the cleaning team up to the ownership. What beautiful facility you have. I’d like to first thank Jacob for reac whole Edmond Hyundai family from the cleaning team up to the ownership. What beautiful facility you have. I’d like to first thank Jacob for reaching out in the early stages of my looking at making a purchase of the Ioniq 5. Creating rapport is very important when making a major purchase of any kind and having that, made this purchase that much easier. Although you were busy with another customer, you trusted Habass to take care of me and he was funny from the get go and I knew then, that the process of my purchasing a Ioniq 5 was all but inevitable. I say this because I had also gotten approved for an auto loan on a used Ioniq 5 from an establishment I will not reveal because of my own will. Habass offered me to drive, but I insisted that I was good, so he offered to drive and we took it on a test drive. The Ioniq 5 already sold itself, but to hear how eloquently Habass described everything and how it worked while driving, which made things so much easier for me. He would literally go thru everything to make sure I understood before we got back to the dealership. He would ask me how I felt and I was honest and told him I like what I was seeing and that the car sold itself and I was definitely doing to buy. It was just a matter of buying that day or waiting till the next week. We get back to the office and he ask me about my trade which it got the info on it. I had done a trade offer from the Edmond website and told him what the offer was, but he wanted to get a more concrete trade value with my vehicle being there. Once back in the office and sat down, Habass asked me a few questions about what I was looking for, pulled out his paper and started writing down some information of mine and by this time Bryan came by and asked about the trade in and got my keys to get a full value. While he was gone Habass had gotten some information from finance on what it would take to earn my business. He explained everything to me about different options and what they mean. Bryan my man, I want to thank you for being so funny and down to earth and paying attention to my needs and wants after returning from getting the trade. You got the ball rolling after getting the information from Habass. The fact that you all worked your magic to even lower my payments from the original convo, is a REAL testament of working for the customer and earning their business. After going over the paperwork, we looked at a few numbers and asked if we can get this price range with payments, can we earn your business? About an hour later, Bryan comes back with good news and after we talked, I was giving my downpayment to go with the trade in and the rest is history. Next it was finance and Steven was absolutely awesome from talking to him the night before and getting the funds to him for the downpayment. He very knoweldgable of everything financial from warranties and explained all in full detail, so that he made sure I didn’t leave the dealership not knowing what I was signing for versus what wasn’t part of the deal. The prep team, thank you for making sure the vehicle was cleaned and fully charged when I took ownership. Jacob, I want to thank you for closing everything out, while walking me thru EVERY function of my Ioniq 5, making sure I was ok before leaving the dealership. You made the transition so much easier and the drive home was that much better, knowing I was giving top notch instruction on how everything worked. In closing, if you want a model of how a dealership is run and treats its customers with the utmost respect, attention to detail, their wants and needs, look no further than the Edmond Hyundai family. I promise you will be taken care of and if I could give 20 stars, I would. Not because I got a purchase from them, but because of how calm this dealership made me feel when I walked thru the doors.
