Employees are working together, picking up where another left off without hesitation. If there are ANY issues during your time there, the amount of people there to assist is fantastic! The knowledge that each person has about any product on their lot is reassuring - they answer all your questions. The process of negotiating a price is not the nightmare you hear about at other car dealers, it's fair and reasonable. The finance department is low pressure and explains in quick detail what you're signing and what the next steps are. They too are very knowledgeable. When it's time to hand off your new car, your salesperson is waiting to assist you with the key features in your car. I gave 2 stars only because of the service advisor Misty otherwise after my last purchase on 7/28 I cannot recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from here and this last one has been not otherwise after my last purchase on 7/28 I cannot recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from here and this last one has been nothing but a headache. I purchased a 23 Kona unknowingly that the roof has extensive hail damage, I went the following day after I purchased it and George asked if he fixed it would I be happy and I said fine, I have made many calls and have been in person as well in attempts to set it up. The last time George got upset said it was services job to set this up when it was actually the salesman’s responsibility, Misty did get it set up for the following Monday, on Wednesday my car was partially ready the big dents was not taken out and when Misty called me she stated George told her he was only going to detail the car that he was not going to repair the damage, I looked at my cars status and it was left in the front by George all night unlocked, when I came in Thursday the keys were located inside the car. George was off that day so even the detail wasn’t done, I spoke to another manager Matthew stated since it was almost 5 he would see what he could do the next day and contact me, I have not heard from anyone which I never do unless I contact them, unless it’s before you sign. More

I was very pleased with Ashton Thomason(would give him 5 stars) who was my sales person. He was helpful and answered any questions I had and was prompt in his replies to my inquiry. I have less kind things to say regarding George Khoury and Patrick (finance manager)- I was told one thing on the day I signed the papers and given a totally different story when I came to get the car less than 48 hours later. Soured the whole experience and should have been handled in a much different way. Honestly felt I should have walked away had I not given a down payment that I was not sure they would have returned. No one from my family will be using them again. More

Everyone was very helpful but two things could have been better. First, the car I bought was not detailed. It had not even been vacuumed! We purchased a brand new vehicle from this place in 2018. Had all theboild changes done there for the next 3 years. My wife was wanting to look at trading in her Tuscon for a new Palisade. We live an hour away and the salesmen there refused to give us a price over the phone or give us a ball park number on a trade in for a vehicle we had purchased from there and had serviced from there. We also had a new baby and were just needing to do a little leg work over the phone and they couldn't of cared less. This place, in my experience, were very nice and helpful before we purchased the vehicle but when we drove it off the lot, we were wiped from their memory banks. They were not interested in wanting to keep our business and having us come back to purchase more vehicles. It sucks being treated like that. More
