Customer service is outstanding. Ashton Thomason went out of his way to help me purchase my new vehicle, including staying at least 2 hours after his workday was over. Ashton was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure and listened to our needs. We came in just to test drive a new Tucson to see if this what we wanted to pursue and we ended up leaving with a new Tucson! listened to our needs. Every person we saw met us with a positive attitude which was so refreshing! Ashton was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and helpful! I love the way that this dealership handles the process. The sales people work with the customer until it’s time to talk miney and then a manager is called. No going back and forth- everyone can get straight to the point. You may be waiting on a manager for awhile, but Ashton was great and was there for friendly conversation and to answer any questions in the meantime.
