Disappointing I brought my vehicle to Platinum and paid $150 for a visual inspection before purchasing privately. I asked to please check the suspension closely as I brought my vehicle to Platinum and paid $150 for a visual inspection before purchasing privately. I asked to please check the suspension closely as the vehicle would be coming to Maryland where the state inspection is very detailed. They missed torn lower control arm bushings, a leaking left rear shock and a broken right rear coil spring. On top of sending me off with safety concerns on a 200 mile trip, they were very rude upon write up and when I called to bring what was missed to their attention. I service my Vws with Vw of Rockville in Maryland and previously at Vw of Huntington when I lived in New York. I have never been treated quite in this manner. When I requested a refund for the inspection since the items had not been checked, they refused and hid behind Vw corporate. I have had nine Vw's, everyone in my family has one as well as friends. I am sorely disappointed in this dealership and advise if you want friendly, honest service to please go elsewhere. More

Seems to me as an internal problem that affects me as I had to leave work early but the gentleman dealing with me tells me that he is working with me because he respect the Military uniform I wore. Made me feel uncomfortable. Then I asked for tire rotation. He informed me of 10k service charge which I was told I had 2 during my car purshase early this year. He state that was corporate and that they don’t do it anymore and he wanted to see my coupon. We argued for a while until I wanted to get out of there. He ended up not charging me and I wanted to pay for the xxxx rotation. I had paid for service and tires here before and it is not about the money... I hope not to return to this dealer for service. Like I said, I never had a problem before and I don’t expect special treatment but I didn’t feel I was at a VW dealer. Thanks for pissing me off More

Always explains what my vehicle needs..and doesn't need at the time. The services are performed correct every time and always within the window of the estimate. The waiting area is clean.. coffee was fresh and so were the donuts. They are and will continue to be my go to service department for my wife's Volkswagen! More

Vw service for 2013 ve jetta 50k maintenance service was done quickly met my expectation.
