I found a well built, reliable Buick Lacrosse . Lisa was very helpful when I picked out my Buick. Luis was a great sales person from beginning to end He had met with my husband seve My experience at John Paul this past weekend was a very good one!. Luis was a great sales person from beginning to end He had met with my husband several times before the purchase to do all of the leg work, so when I went in everything was all set for me to discuss & review documents for execution. I’ve dreaded the dealership process of purchasing a vehicle from past experiences but this was by far the easiest and best car purchase experience I’ve had. Pat in the finance office was another delightful person to work with. she explained options very clearly without any pressure. Luis was fabulous and I will be referring anyone I know looking for a vehicle to come check him out. Thanks for everything and I love my SUV! More

The salesman, Robert Steffan was friendly, thoroughly explained the features on the vehicle and went with me to check if the auto would fit in my garage. He also introduced me to the service department.. l left feeling comfortable dealing with their department again in the future and being a valued customer. More
