Steve did a great job while working with me. Unfortunately the service department overbooked and I had to wait almost an hour after my reservation time before I got in. Also when I bought the Unfortunately the service department overbooked and I had to wait almost an hour after my reservation time before I got in. Also when I bought the car I was sold a service plan that wasn’t really appropriate for me. I drive very little and the plan expired before I used the five services. I thought this service was covered but it turned out it wasn’t. More
