Very Good Experience Purchasing Used 2013 Subaru Outback While starting my search for a new used Subaru Outback, everyone I talked to recommended that I go to Bob Wade. I showed up to test drive cars and Brandon Mitchell was very friendly and personable as he told me about the different Subaru Outback options that they offered and helped me figure out what would be best for me. I went back a few days later after deciding that I was interested in a car that I test drove, and Brandon and Steve Gillette helped inform me of the process of what I needed to do to get the ball rolling. They were both very honest with me and understanding of my concerns. When it time came to drive away with my new vehicle, they gave my Outback the best service possible and made sure that I was completely comfortable in it and understood how to operate it. Overall a wonderful experience!! More

The sales staff where extremely knowledgeable and wel After shopping several dealerships for a new car, we settled on a Subaru Forester from Bob Wade. The sales staff where extremely knowledgeable and well versed on technical aspects of the Subaru which is a somewhat unique vehicle in the marketplace. So having been sold on the Subaru, we moved onto the deal. We had already been somewhat turned off by other dealers on non Subaru brands that would not get to a bottom line on the price of the new vehicle. Equally frustrating were low ball offers on our very clean proposed trade in vehicle. Having done my homework before entering the dealership, I knew what I should pay for the new car and what I should expect on a trade offer for my old car. Bob Wade's Sales Manager simply went right to numbers that I knew were honest and straight forward, so we did not have to dance around to get to the bottom line. It was one of the most pleasurable new car purchases that I have experienced in my 50 years of buying new cars. Great Dealership! Great people to work with. More

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Over the past 18+ months I have purchased 2 used autos from Bob Wade - a Ford Explorer and 2 months ago a Subaru Outback. He was interested in what I wanted, very knowledgeable, no pressure and made my entire experience a pleasant one. After the sale Chris followed up with me 3 times over the next 2 months. The main reason I returned to buy a Subaru from Bob Wade was because of the experience I had with Chris. I knew Helen Shibut, Subaru salesperson, from a civic organization and would see her a few times a year. The last time I saw Helen she was so excited about working at Bob Wade, and raved about how wonderful her used Subaru was. When I saw the on-line listing for the Outback, I called Helen with full confidence that I would again be treated well at Bob Wade Auto World. Helen did not disappoint. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, no pressure, and customer-focused like Chris Hite. Helen has also followed up with me after my purchase. All of the staff at Bob Wade that assisted me with my purchase were wonderful and made me feel at ease with my major purchases. Additional thanks to Steve G. (Explorer) and Erin B.
