Steve admires the way Bob Wade Autotoworld keeps a Family Atmosphere and goes the extra mile to take care of each customer. In his free time Steve enjoys outdoor activities such as; mountain biking, fishing, softball, and spending time with his wife and 2 children.

In 2011 had a similar positive experience at Bob Wade. Over the years I have heard comments from others about their honesty and personal interest in their customers. I have never been disappointed. My son had spoken with Aaron Baldwin - said he was very friendly. When I went back with my son, Rachel Gioscio helped us. She was kind, friendly and patient. It was nice to see that the employees together have a great rapport. Their manager Steve was also very helpful and friendly. When I went to finalize the sale, Brandon Mitchell helped me. He was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. He made the deal very fair and desirable. I was happy to learn a little about his background and family. In the crazy world we live in, it was such a pleasure to deal with kindness, fairness and friendliness. I recommend Bob Wade Autoworld very highly. Thank you. Kathy More

Bought a Crosstrek Our overall experience was good. The purchase process was fairly easy. Had leather seats added after purchase of vehicle. A little lack of communi Our overall experience was good. A little lack of communication from Sales person when he forgot that we had purchased the Auto Armor protection and we had to bring the car back a second time to have that done. We were also told that we got a free interior care kit, but dealership was out at the time. Checked once several weeks later and still was not in. We have yet to be notified that the kits are in and have not received one. There was no owner's manual in car so had to call about getting that. The sales person never went over the features of the car after we purchased. Did not know how to read some of the dash indicators so had to read the manual. More

Aaron even went out of his way to deliver my all-weather mats after they were not available upon purchase of the vehicle. Hardworking guy who will do whatever is needed. Highly recommended! More

Helen is great! I already knew what vehicle I wanted and everything that I wanted included with the vehicle. Helen went out of her way to look for vehicles specifical I already knew what vehicle I wanted and everything that I wanted included with the vehicle. Helen went out of her way to look for vehicles specifically within the parameters I had, and called me even before the vehicle came available. No pressure, no problems. The experience was so positive that I recommended both the dealership and Helen to my father, who received the same treatment and also bought a vehicle. More
