I came in to Russ Darrow Kia distraught, disgusted and frustrated at my current car situation. My car had just broken down and my daily commute to work is 80 miles round trip, so I was in a desperate situ frustrated at my current car situation. My car had just broken down and my daily commute to work is 80 miles round trip, so I was in a desperate situation. Jerome reassured me throughout the entire ordeal and I was able to leave with a new Ford Fusion with zero down. This is was big deal for me as I have challenged credit. The crew at Russ Darrow Kia did not stop exploring options until they found a deal for me that I couldn’t resist! If you haven’t been to Russ Darrow Kia yet and spoken with Jerome I would implore you to do so. He has taken atlas like weight and stress off of my shoulders!!!! More

Jerome Smith was a great salesperson. Very personable. I would definitely go to him again. The only thing I would have done different is I wouldn’t have picked the end of the month to go. It was busy and I would definitely go to him again. The only thing I would have done different is I wouldn’t have picked the end of the month to go. It was busy and I was there for quite a few hours while getting all the necessary things accomplished to get my car. The real shining star at the dealership was Jalen. He worked at the front desk but during my wait he always stopped by to check on me and made sure things were moving along. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Wtg Jalen!! More
