Excellent Customer Service When looking for our new car, we initially worked with Daniel Layton and his manager, who were both amazing and kind! I cant say enough great things about both of these gentlemen! We later worked with Andre Starks, who was just as kind and able to answer all out questions. Since Daniel was not available, Andre took up right where we left off. He was willing to work with us to meet our needs. Stephen in finance was also kind and would ask questions to try to meet our needs as well. Our entire experience was unlike any other experience, in the best way possible. I would 110% reccomend this dealership and return when we buy our next car to see if this dealership has what we are looking for. When we left, we made a point to tell Andre's manager thank you for the service of everyone at the dealership. Even though he seemed busy and didnt acknowledge us much, I did see Daniel's manager look from behind and acknowledge our thank you, which made us feel better. The entire experience was amazing! More than just a dealership. More like family. I am a person who is hard to warm up to especially when it comes to folks who work at a vehicle dealership. Having a very bad interaction will do that to a person. Upon pulling up to Landers Dodge of Norman little did i realize i was looking at my future friend whose name is Shaun McMurty. He was our Sales Professional. He is true to titled position that being PROFESSIONAL SHAUN was found to be HONEST and possessing INTEGRITY. I strongly recommend Shaun to help you if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. However, that professionalism did not stop with Shaun. It was also found with other folks who work there such as Scott Shauns supervisor, Daniel who went to bat for us and got us a great deal. Others included Norna with whom my wife hit it off with and was made to feel like family thanks to Norna. I also wish to recognize Stephen who made the most painful part of a purchase very relaxing and comfortable. As you may gather by reading this no pressure honesty and integrity are not a thing of the past but is tradition at Landers. All of the aforementioned people create a fantastic team which is now easier to understand why OU Sooners and Landers make such an unbeatable partnership.
