I sold my jeep over a month ago and am still getting the run around on why they haven’t sent me a check for it. I called Chrysler capital and they said the case was closed and handled and they couldn’t see run around on why they haven’t sent me a check for it. I’ve called and talked to multiple people at the dealership and they’ve all given me a different conflicting stories and I’m very upset that I’m going to basically get robbed of four thousand dollars. I have been told twice there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I had an another business look at the brakes and rotors and was told all needed to be replaced. After talking with Steven Clark, the used car brakes. I had an another business look at the brakes and rotors and was told all needed to be replaced. After talking with Steven Clark, the used car manager. I was told they would put new rotors and new brake pads. This morning , June 4, 2022 I brought the car in I was told again there was nothing wrong with the brakes and rotors. I told him to go drive the car and call me back. At 2 o’clock that afternoon they called and told me that my car was ready. They turned the rotors which were warped, and reused the brake pads. Which should never be done. The service advisor wasn’t in when I went to pick up my car and he’s never called me back. The service advisor that helped me when I picked up my car, told me there was more than one way to skin a cat. I guess I was the cat. Very dissatisfied More

When I got my car the Uconnect was messed up which controls everything. The manager said he would take care of it. Well he quit. The used car manager and new manager now will not cover the deductible. controls everything. The manager said he would take care of it. Well he quit.
