Never met anyone nice like her before in my whole life! Me and my husband were impressed beyond our expectations with the level of customer service we received from Stephanie. She was very professional, polite, patient, respectful and very accommodating. She met us after hours as we were coming from Port Elgin, ON. Knowing that we were not from the town, she had all the paperworks ready so all we had to do is pick up the keys and head back on the highway enjoying the new car! From the initial inquiry via their website to picking up the car was handled very sincerely & professionally. Stephanie was also very prompt with her replies. She amazed us with her great people skills. She is also very caring and friendly. It was nice to be with someone that I was actually able to chat with! I usually look forward to "car-buying" with great fear as we had many unpleasant memories from past. So, I was prepared for it this time also but Stephanie surprised us...she made the process so simple, flawless and very memorable. After Internet research and visiting several local Dealerships, Lexus of London's Stephanie Shearsby promptly responded to my UNHAGGLE Internet inquiry and within an hour of meeting with her at the De Dealerships, Lexus of London's Stephanie Shearsby promptly responded to my UNHAGGLE Internet inquiry and within an hour of meeting with her at the Dealership and test-driving the car, I accepted their written quotation and the beautiful white-on-black Lexus GS 350 - F-Sport was delivered to me three days later, all serviced with the Dealer-applied rustproofing, paint and stone-chip protection, etc. If all of the Lexus of London people are of the caliber of those I've met during the sales process, I can look forward to a happy relationship. From the moment we walked through the door at Lexus of London we were made to feel welcome and important to their business. We made it clear from our introduction that we were only interested in a previously owned vehicle. From prior experience that would usually change the service we were going to experience. This was not the case here whatsoever. She listened to our requirements and took note. She also introduced us to her sales manager and the service manager and explained the professional service provided by Lexus of London. Within a week Stephanie had located a RX350 that fully met our expectations and beyond. My husband and I have worked in customer relations and sales all of our lives. We are sensitive to the integrity and honesty of the company that we do business with and their employees. I have known Chris for a few years now, having bought my first Lexus RX 350 from the Lo particular, the work of Chris Pinelli and Stephanie Shearsby. I have known Chris for a few years now, having bought my first Lexus RX 350 from the London dealership in 2009. Chris provided good advice and recommendations back in 2009, and I was very pleased with that vehicle and with all of my interactions with the dealership. When it came time to update my car this year, I simply emailed Chris and within a few emails, he gave me a number of options together with his opinion and recommendation. His comments were clear and well thought-out, and saved me a lot of time. He introduced me to Stephanie and the two of them made buying a new vehicle very simple and enjoyable. More

Within a day of researching this car, I had a very professional email from Stephanie Shearsby of Lexus of London. I met with her a few days later and made the purchase agreement that day. I don't find buying a car to be intimidating - I've bought lots of them over the years - so I tend to look for sales people who are professional, knowledgeable about their products, and time efficient. Stephanie was all of those things. She is also quite personable and pleasant to deal with, which certainly helps! The car came in about a week earlier than Stephanie and the others at the dealership expected, which was great, and it was ready on time the day I picked it up. All in all, it was an excellent purchase experience, and I would recommend Stephanie and Lexus of London to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
