Tisha was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. He met me at the door, set up a test drive, answered all my questions, arranged an appraisal of my trade, setup a review of the vehicle features with Spencer Parker and made sure the car was ready to go when the financial paperwork was done. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. We have 2 BMWs and a 2014 Hyundai that we purchased from Knauz. It would be safe to say that as long as Knauz is around, we will be purchasing future vehicles from them! More

All car purchases should go like this. Very satisfied. Sam's tutorial in the exit process was great. Spencer, another "Genius" was likewise very helpful during the test drive. Adding the Genius staff is a great idea. Frees up the sales staff and puts BMW gurus in the cars with customers. I was very impressed. And, extremely satisfied with the car, a certified low mileage used 4 Series, and the certification process and benefits. More
