I am a bit of an enthusiast and had lots of questions about how the car works as well as what to expect with the ordering process and taking delivery. Matt and Tisha availed themselves to me at all times. Spencer was my "genius" on the day of my delivery. Spencer was super knowledgeable about all my questions and he answered them effortlessly. Most importantly, he was very patient with me. I think it took him longer to work with me than he expected (sorry to the next customer behind me). Spencer was super to work with. I was introduced to Luke because he is a big fan of the 3 series. Although he was not directly involved with the sale of my car, I'm giving Luke a mention because he was also helpful in offering advice and suggestions about the car. Overall it was a pleasure working with the folks at Knauz, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. More

Most of us dread going to a car dealer, especially when you know you have run out of time with your aging car. I just drove home in a new 328i and am all smiles. No heart thumping concern that I may have left with hidden costs or that there was a better car sitting in the lot. Bob Geisheker, my sales advisor, was professional, expert, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Bob is knowledgeable, quick with his follow up and provided great suggestions while I considered my options and made my decision. Most important to me is that he earned my trust. This is my third BMW and I know I got the best price and value for my new car. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Spencer Parker, the BMW Genius. He meets up to his title in knowledge, professionalism and great sense of humor. I will be back - Kanauz is the only dealer for me. Thanks Bob and Spencer! More

From the test drive, to working numbers and the whole delivery experience it was very pleasant. A few months after purchasing my M4 I had again reached out to Matt to purchase a 2015 BMW 328i Xdrive. I made some life changes which required me to trade my M4. Yet again, Matt went above and beyond to assist me in any way that he could. Yet again a few months go by and I call Matt Pudlo and have him special order a 2016 BMW M4 for me in the exact spec that I want.
