A month or a little more ago I changed the oil and according to them they rotated the tires. I went back to change the transmission oil again and now they tell me I need to change the tires. Because t according to them they rotated the tires. I went back to change the transmission oil again and now they tell me I need to change the tires. Because the day they rotated it they didn't tell me anything, I don't know if they rotated it or not, since from what I understand the wear on the tires could be due to shock absorbers and the front ones are good but the rear ones are not. So? More

I wasn’t even aware I needed an oil change and service, but these fine folks are on their game. Not only was I made aware of my needs but was immediately taken care of like they were just waiting for me to but these fine folks are on their game. Not only was I made aware of my needs but was immediately taken care of like they were just waiting for me to come in. I was in and out in a short time. Michelle and her team of service wizards are great. I didn’t even have time to finish my coffee before my technician was there handing me my keys. I did have enough time to stop by sales and get ready for my next lease. Speed and efficiency doesn’t always coincide with quality customer service, but it does at Wayne Ford. More

The service I asked to have done. They didn't do it completely, they came back with repairs they clamied needed to be done and vaguely described then. They refused to ask him questions about the service history on the vehicle. Which he bought it from his in-laws who purchased it new. They were very dismissive of my knowledge which I didn't appreciate it More

Have been taking my car to the Service Dept. for many years. Like the updated Service Dept. very much. Friendly and helpful people to work with.
