The worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Wife and I had a car for over a month not knowing our loan was lost because the financing manger quit and left. Thomas reaches out a month later to tell us we have issues with our loan. Does not properly communicate details or sense of urgency at all. So besides keeping us there for four hours playing money games he completely ignores it’s not our problem the financing manager left but makes it seem it’s our fault the loan never got approved, yet my wife agreed to all the terms and even signed. The only time he cared was if the car was in good condition when we returned it, completely useless and a bad representative of the Regal ownership group. Worst experience ever !!!! Do not trust him one bit. Does not care about the customer one bit. Thanks for nothing Thomas. More

He took the time out to show me a better than amazing experience. Just to name a few; he worked diligently with other dealers to ensure that I got the car of my dream. He was accommodating in providing a loaner vehicle until mine was shipped. The incentives that I received at your dealership in my opinion are above quality!! The entire process from beginning to end has been nothing but exceptional. I did not feel that at any point pressured to make a sale, my desire for what I described is over the top or an inconvenience at any time. For this reason I have shared my experience with others who I am confident will be visiting your dealership in the future. Again I cannot reiterate enough how pleased I was with this particular dealership as I have visited several before deciding upon this one. The website was invited, the atmosphere was spot on and the sales team is customer friendly and satisfaction oriented. She’ron was in a meeting this morning when I arrived, he was not certain how long it would be therefore, he shared with a associate my situation. When I was showed my new vehicle I was truly elated. I discussed with She’ron that I wanted tinted windows and he stated, that was something that they could do. Here again I was tickled pink when I seen my metallic gray Honda Accord!!!
