I live in Thetford with my daughter and we love to go to the Aquatic center in White River Junction. Fall is by far my favorite season here in VT. I lease a Rav4 Hybrid and it's been my favorite car so far. Sheldon made the car buying experience pleasant and hassle free. The car had already been fully serviced and cleaned before my arrival. Fortunate to have a quality dealership so close to home. This is our third RAV4 but the first used car. We miss Don Rowe but Sheldon was super nice to work with. Sheldon is smart, organized, pleasant, direct, and very helpful in every aspect of our transaction. We recommend him highly. He is a pleasure to deal with. We did find unnoticed damage on our vehicle when we got it home after driving directly from the White River Toyota lot to our own driveway. There was a deep scratch (gouge) across the rear passenger door that broke the paint. We somehow had missed seeing the damage before leaving the lot. We had the repair done locally without returning to White River and without promptly bringing it to their attention. We had no desire to drive back and forth to White River Junction for a small repair that we could have taken care of locally. If White River Toyota wishes to reimburse us for the small cost of the repair, we will update this review. However, we are very happy to recommend Sheldon Snavely to those who visit White River Toyota to make a purchase. More
