The representative that scheduled my appointment was very kind and helpful. The service advisor Shelby was prompt with support and advised me of timeframe for completion. She offered to get my vehicle in ear kind and helpful. The service advisor Shelby was prompt with support and advised me of timeframe for completion. Quick, easy to access and kind. I bought my car there almost 6 months ago. This was my first maintenance. They make everything so easy. While service going on , I take coffee and so I bought my car there almost 6 months ago. This was my first maintenance. They make everything so easy. While service going on , I take coffee and some snacks. It takes less than 2 hours. When it's finished, service advisor come and pick me up. I will visit next of my maintenance. More
