I purchased a used certified vehicle. After I bought it I found out it was a rental vehicle. Not my idea of a certifiable used car. I also realized it was missing the engine cover. Initially I was told i would get one, then told ford discontinued putting engine covers on escapes so I won’t be getting one. I was also charged $128.35 registration fee ( box checked new) to transfer my tag from my trade in. I was also charged $299.95 electronic registration fee, and a $999 predelivery service charge. Overall I feel taken advantage of and recommend not buying anything from palm coast ford. More
