I figured that if the sales department was as courteous as the service department has been to me, Gateway was worth considering. Shawn Edler certainly met and exceeded my expectations. His professionalism has boasted the " Nothing but a Subaru for us" mentality that my wife and I share. This is our third Subaru. It's unthought of to even consider any other vehicle. Easiest Auto Purchase Ever Shawn made the buying process easy and quick. After a test drive on a Saturday I left not being sure where I would buy the Outback. I had a price from Shawn made the buying process easy and quick. After a test drive on a Saturday I left not being sure where I would buy the Outback. I had a price from another dealer and when I returned to Gateway and sat with Shawn the price he quoted was better - and this was without haggling. That sold me. I spent some time doing paperwork and left to return the next morning to pick up the car. I spent about 10 minutes in finance and was out the door. Gateway was great! More
