I walked into the dealship met with Shawn and looked at the vehicle I wanted. I told him I had no intentions on leaving with a vehicle that day and he never pushed me to do anything. I returned the next we the vehicle I wanted. I told him I had no intentions on leaving with a vehicle that day and he never pushed me to do anything. I returned the next week and was greeted by Shawn. He pulled the model I wanted off the show room floor just because I wanted that exact color even though I told him I could test drive any color. He treated me with respect answered any remaining questions I had about the vehicle. And explained all my options, by the end of it we were at the dealership for four hours start to finish. We were never rushed and always treated well. This was my first new car and I felt I was treated with the utmost respect and patience. The Byers Toyota not only sold me the vehicle I wanted but sold me as a future customer. More

Several different vehicles were available that I was considering to purchase. After a couple test drives and an inspection, I clearly knew the car I wanted. Negotiations on the price ended with a fair deal. Hopefully I will not be looking for a new car any time soon. However, I would certainly consider doing business again at Byers Toyota in Delaware.
