For being in downtown Chicago, the dealership was fairly easy to get to (considering we're Mid-Westerners and don't visit the city often). It was very convenient to be able to pull in to the service area an easy to get to (considering we're Mid-Westerners and don't visit the city often). It was very convenient to be able to pull in to the service area and have our vehicle valet parked while we were car shopping. The building was very clean and appealing to the eye. Getting the car to go for a test drive was quite a long wait. Considering we drove 3.5 hrs to test drive the vehicle we figured it would be ready to go as soon as we got there. I think in the end it was a communication error in getting the vehicle out in front of the dealership. That wasn't enough to spoil the experience for us. I will say we were a bit disappointed at the end of our transaction. There was still some trash left and areas that needed cleaned (something spilled in the arm console that was discovered during the test drive) inside the vehicle we purchased. And the gas tank was near empty. For the amount of money that we spent on the vehicle- a clean interior and a tank of gas doesn't seem too unreasonable. All in all it was a pretty good experience and I'm loving my Atlas!! More

Completing the purchase was quick and I got everything I wanted for a great price. The sales person took time to figure out what we wanted and showed us options. Michael Lichter and his service team are absolutely fantastic! I recently began a three year lease of a 2023 Tiguan. The car is a perfect fit for my family. I recently purchased a car for my mom and honestly Shaun saved the deal, we walked away because the managers were not helpful. But Shaun went above and beyond.
