Okay when I worked in sales, I never lied to the customer, or told them I would do something when I cant , Not impressed with your staff. car was dirty, smelled extremely BAD STILL does, scratc customer, or told them I would do something when I cant , Not impressed with your staff. car was dirty, smelled extremely BAD STILL does, scratches on doors. etc etc I would never refer people to your site. Justin Pakatar is a great salesman! He listened to my needs, answered all my questions in a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable fashion. He was no-pressure which was perfect. He was also very good with communication; listening to what I was saying, and not just waiting to speak. He showed me the functions of my car and synched my phone to the car. I then got a nice followup message from Justin Richelskowski (spelling?). He congratulated me on my new car, welcomed me to Kia, said I can reach out to him with any questions or concerns and gave his contact number. It's nice that there is a quality assurance person. It makes you feel like they care and want to make sure all is right. I'm glad I went to Destination Kia! More
