Amy was FANTASTIC. So knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. My husband and I went in just to do some preliminary shopping, and the questions she asked us about what So knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. My husband and I went in just to do some preliminary shopping, and the questions she asked us about what our needs were led to a conversation that totally shifted our perspective on what that was - and not in a high pressure sort of way. She genuinely wanted to be sure that we knew what we wanted before we started seriously looking. We thought we wanted EV, but came to realize that it wasn't the right choice for us, and so we went hybrid instead. Obviously EV is more expensive than hybrid, so you can take from that that Amy is about putting you in the car that is right for YOU - not the car that is good for HER. You're in great hands if you visit Destination Kia and ask for Amy! P.S. Our "preliminary" visit ended with us driving our new Niro home! :) More

Okay when I worked in sales, I never lied to the customer, or told them I would do something when I cant , Not impressed with your staff. car was dirty, smelled extremely BAD STILL does, scratc customer, or told them I would do something when I cant , Not impressed with your staff. car was dirty, smelled extremely BAD STILL does, scratches on doors. etc etc I would never refer people to your site.
