Shaun was great. The finance manager was spectacular. Everything that has happened since I left the dealership has been abysmal. I can’t get a straight answer about why I don’t have my tags yet. Arrived at the dealership to look at used vehicles, the one we were most interested in was just purchased earlier that morning, which happens no big deal. After looking at everything that fit our criteria on the used side we decided none of those were right for us. We decided to look at new vehicles and the one we decided on also happened to be sold. Frustrating but moved on and went with our second choice new vehicle. Shaun was great throughout the entire process. Once into the F&I office the experience went south. Victor was very friendly until we declined all of the unnecessary added packages (something in the ball park of 12,000 dollars of additional “protections.”). Once declined, he became short and demeaning towards us. Quite unprofessional. And definitely put a damper on our car buying experience. More

This was the only dealership around that had the color truck I wanted. The price was fair and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. Don't go unprepared as I did being tired or unfamiliar with the process... And the truck was 5 grand more than other dealers . Be on point before you go More
