Terrible communication. I put a Corvette deposit in Dec 2022 and I rarely heard from the dealership on my status. All communication was initiated by me. My original salesper I put a Corvette deposit in Dec 2022 and I rarely heard from the dealership on my status. All communication was initiated by me. My original salesperson left sometime in the process and no one bothered to tell me. I was sending this person emails for months with no response, only to find out later that he was gone. The sales manager, Ivan, wasn't any better at communicating. After telling me in July that he had my Corvette allocation, I rarely heard from him and my order wasn't submitted until Oct when I went to the dealership to ask for my deposit back. One positive, my final salesperson Chris was amazing. I heard from him more in the few days before car delivery than I did from anyone else in 11 months. He was super helpful when I picked up the car and was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the car functions. He emailed me additional info and products to protect the car. I highly recommend Chris to anyone buying a car! More
