Never buy a car from Bomnin! In 2021 we bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Beforehand we looked at the car history and saw a history of A/C issues. When we went to look at the car we as In 2021 we bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Beforehand we looked at the car history and saw a history of A/C issues. When we went to look at the car we asked about it. We were assured the entire cat was checked out and the A/C was fine. It wasn't. The refrigerant leaked from the start and within the year we ended up replacing a cracked condenser for ~$1100. Now we have a battery that is failing and still under the warranty period, they refuse to warranty the battery because we didn't buy the battery separately. Lying salesmen, warranty refusal, and a manager that doesn't give a xxxx about clients. GO ELSEWHERE! More

I went for a car that I was willing to buy, since it had a good price and seemed like a good deal to me, and when I arrived the price they let me buy it for was absurd. I have attempted to contact this dealership multiple times and ask for the Sales Manager each time. I am told the manager is not available and I receive a call back from the salesman, Aladdin. I express times and ask for the Sales Manager each time. I am told the manager is not available and I receive a call back from the salesman, Aladdin. I expressed my concerns with Aladdin the vehicle issues during the buying process. I was told that I would receive a 4,000 mile / 4 month warranty. I also purchased the $7,500 extended warranty. I have yet to receive any information regarding the warranty I purchased nor the 4k/4 month warranty. I was also never contacted after my purchase to check in on the vehicles performance. I am having transmission in addition to technology issues. AVOID BOMNIN CHEVROLET MANASSAS! More

This is the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership from the sales person to the finance officer. Chris and his team made sure to be accurate transparent and consistent with everything they said. The GM Sam was extremely understanding to our concerns and was beyond helpful making sure we didn’t leave as a customer but a family member. I would not recommend going anywhere else. More
