We were happy with our sales rep, Sharon Gravel, and appreciated her expertise and competence. We had sent several emails in the month of our car's arrival, as we wanted to pick up the winter tires an appreciated her expertise and competence. We had sent several emails in the month of our car's arrival, as we wanted to pick up the winter tires and rims when we picked up the car. But despite all the requests to make sure everything was ready, they were not available, on back order. So another 30 minute drive each way. Pleased that the heavier Highlander is actually giving us the same mileage as the previous Venza, as promised. The dealership has a really poor voice mail/telephone system, hard to reach someone, and instead of voice mail you end up on hold, unable to leave a message. Very frustrating. More
