Fabulous service I had not been to the dealership in many years but I needed a repair that I believesdwould be better completed by Volkswagon. I was not disappointed. I had not been to the dealership in many years but I needed a repair that I believesdwould be better completed by Volkswagon. I was not disappointed. When my car would not start and the tow company came 4 hours later than scheduled I was stressed out. Shannon was just what I needed to reassure me that I would be taken care of and not in a salesman kind of way. She listened to my concerns and made me feel truly cared about. She followed through with giving me frequent updates and explained my options and answered all of my questions. I could not have been happier. They were even able to reduce the final bill by salvaging some of my current parts. Thanks for renewing my faith in big dealerships. More

Amazing and Reliable! Shannon was so great! My car needed a service and she got me right in, she was detailed in the description of what needed to be done and why, and she Shannon was so great! My car needed a service and she got me right in, she was detailed in the description of what needed to be done and why, and she quoted me nearly the exact price I paid! The reason for the discrepancy was that my car key needed a new battery (which I knew) and they replaced it for about $10. Great service!! Nice folks!! More

Easy Beginnings with a Horrible Ending The only reason I put 2 stars is because Shannon in service was a great person and help to me. My name is Lamont McNaulty,I’m not from Walnut Creek, The only reason I put 2 stars is because Shannon in service was a great person and help to me. My name is Lamont McNaulty,I’m not from Walnut Creek, I recently moved here from Menlo Park. Everything was great until I decided to take the free shuttle downtown. I should have just stayed in the lobby. The pick up from the vw service center came in less than 10 minutes and the drop off went well. This happened around 12pm. I received a call at 2:49pm from Shannon that my car was ready. I called for a pick up from the shuttle at 3:13pm, a gentleman answered the phone and let me know the shuttle will be on his way. So, I waited until 3:53, no one came so I called back just making sure everything was fine. The same gentleman pick up the phone, put me on hold and said he was calling a driver to pick me up. Once, I got off hold he told me that he was going to have a Uber come pick me up. He was going to send me the Uber information through text message. So, I’m like okay I fine with that. I never received a text from him. Luckily for me, My girlfriend works right up the street and she got off of work at 4:20. She was able to pick me up and bring me back to the vw service center to pick up my car. I would have been stranded if it wasn’t for her. It’s a horrible feeling to be dropped off and lied to and ditched. This is unacceptable. I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name but I told Shannon what had happened and she’s such a sweet person. I had every intention on finding out who lied and never sent anybody to come pick me up and question him. I didn’t do that because it wasn’t worth it. I’m writing this in hopes you fix the problems or lack of communication between driver and dispatch. More

With appointment in hand, you are met at the door with a friendly smile by the associate that retrieves the information from your vehicle who directs you to your chosen service advisor. If you have not chosen one, then you will be directed to the first available advisor. In my case, I have done business with Shannon Sousa, a friendly, efficient and organized advisor who knows my vehicle well. She details what will be done, what needs to be investigated if you have a vehicle status, recommends cost saving alternatives and discusses cost. Everything is transparent! Everything is explained in terms the average vehicle owner can understand. The vehicle is always ready as promised in my case. From my perspective, this is how a vehicle service center should be operated! More
