I recently leased a 2018 Equinox on a 4 year lease, and am sure looking forward to any service I have there. Kudos especially to Shannon, her attentiveness to your dealership and getting me more interested in getting a Chevy was inspirational. My salesman, Matt, was great, he was just as, ( if not more),excited in getting me the Equinox. He wasn't pushy like most car salesmen, and kept myself and my wife interested, and offered to help me should any problems arise with the car. More

No need to go anywhere else I recently purchased a new Equinox 2018. From the start we kept in contact with Shannon for questions and Shane was our salesman whenever we visited t I recently purchased a new Equinox 2018. From the start we kept in contact with Shannon for questions and Shane was our salesman whenever we visited the lot (several times). This had been an oncoming adventure for weeks before I could decide on which vehicle I wanted. Both Shannon and Shane were very patient and were happy to answer any and all questions when needed. I finally decided to purchase last Monday and Shane was so helpful in finding the exact vehicle I wanted and made sure to find me incentives to help save me money. This was the first time I had ever purchased new, when I got back to financials Justin made sure to explain everything clearly for me so I had full understanding of my warranty and interests rates. I really felt comfortable that Justin was helping me get the best rate He could. By the time everything was done so I could drive off the lot it was about 10:30 pm, Shane and Justin both still had smiling faces and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured the entire time. The service at stingray is amazing and I would recommend anyone to go there, especially if you’re looking for a laid back, honest staff. More

Just look at that dealership. You have to rip-off a lot of people to have a dealership that big. Do your homework before you deal with them they are HUGE crooks! So I went to Castriota a dealer in Hudson. They beat there deal by $3000 on a brand new Chevy Equinox. More

David Johnson was a total professional and gave me space while I shopped. He answered every question and at no time did I feel like he was breathing down my neck. Stingray Chevrolet from top to bottom was on point. It was a pleasant experience and they flipped a lifelong Ford guy. I’d 100% recommend this dealership. Based on my experience with other dealerships during the car buying process; you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not giving them a shot. Eric in finance and their General Manager (John Whaley) were excellent as well. Jack (Tech) explained the gadgets in the vehicle. He was awesome and I appreciated his expertise. Shannon was my first point of contact and communicated very well. I was supposed to meet with Paul, however, he got tied up and explained the situation. At no point did I feel put off. He was taking care of a return customer and I appreciated that. It showed me their level of commitment to their customers. Now that I can officially say I’m a Stingray Chevy guy, I know I can expect the same kind of service when I buy from them again. If you think you can beat that, I’d say good luck. Save yourself some time and call them first if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
