I really liked the salesman very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. I didn’t like the service about fixing the dent in my new Tahoe. Update: I stand on RUN from this place! My father finally recieved the part as mentioned in first part of review (the fuel pump control module) after speaking to the director John Whaley an My father finally recieved the part as mentioned in first part of review (the fuel pump control module) after speaking to the director John Whaley and (BE WARNED) according to him, there is only 12 of these parts in the US and anyone buying a Chevrolet Silverado will be screwed! PLUS after the new fuel pump control module was put in, the service guy (Hancovsky) came out to my dad tand told him the new part was in but the truck ran worse than before and that now there are several issues with it and all parts on back order! Gotta love hearing “I don’t know” when you ask a mechanic questions. We stand to believe the truck was tampered with in retaliation for the negative review and the consistent emails and calls we’ve had to make and of course with NO RESPONSE! Now the “director” nor Mr Hancovsky or anyone has returned any calls or emails and it’s been now TWO MONTHS that my parents have been without a vehicle even though the truck is under warranty, no rental, no parts, no communication! Please heed to this warning and the other negative reviews 🛑‼️DON’T DO IT!! Turn away! Me and my husband was considering purchasing a truck from these people but not after what my dad has been dealing with! He bought a brand new truck in 2020, has routinely kept maintenance on it and the truck has less than 23k miles on it! The truck has been taken to Stingray for all the maintenance. Long wait times with appointments for oil changes is bad enough but a BRAND NEW TRUCK that has had several issues and the latest issue caused by Stingray! My dad took the truck in because of an issue that they claimed required a part that would take 3 weeks to get in. Well, he left the dealership after being told that it would be 3 weeks before getting a part and on the way home the truck acted up worse than before so he drove it back to dealership and was told “I don’t know what went wrong and we can’t do anything until after the part comes in”! Nothing about why it was even worse after leaving there and plus it’s been 3 weeks and still NO CALL, NO PART! Called numerous times and NO RETURN CALL!! RUN FAST!…Leaving as many reviews as can and recommend my dad going to BBB. Jason Hancovsky is the man he dealt with. Stingray, don’t respond and ask to give you a call because you still do not follow through! And I will be updating this review since emailing Stingray as they responded below. More
